Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub empowers the aerospace industry by providing a diverse range of airside and landside solutions — from plots with ready infrastructure and large industrial units to small workshops and build-to-suit facility developments.

Airside infrastructure, including taxiways and aprons, is fully operational and capable of accommodating both wide-body and narrow-body aircraft. With direct connectivity to the main runway at Al Maktoum International Airport, maintenance centres at MBRAH are ideally positioned to service all aircraft types.

Landside facilities are strategically located just 500 metres from the airside gates, minimising transit time and maximising operational efficiency for maintenance providers and clients. These facilities are purpose-built to host engine shops, component and landing gear MROs, as well as workshops for a wide range of aerospace-related industries.

To meet growing industry demand, MBR Aerospace Hub has introduced a range of specialised facilities, including a Suppliers Complex, Line Maintenance Units, a Sky Support Complex, Light and a dedicated Helicopter Centre — with additional developments currently underway.
