Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub empowers the aerospace industry by offering a variety of airside and landside solutions ranging from plots with ready infrastructure, large industrial units, small workshops and build-to-suit facility developments.

Airside taxiways and aprons are in place and can accommodate wide-body and narrow-body aircraft. Being connected to the main runway in Al Maktoum International Airport, maintenance centres will be able to serve all types of aircraft.

Landside facilities are located 500m from the airside gates to reduce the distance from airside maintenance centres, and efficiently serve clients. The facilities are designed to accommodate engine shops, component & landing gear MROs, and workshops for other aerospace-related industries.

By the end of 2020, MBR Aerospace Hub is planning to introduce line-maintenance units and a helicopter maintenance cluster which is currently in the design stage.
