Through our Business Aviation division, we deliver tailored solutions that cater to the unique needs of VIP travelers and private jet owners. The VIP Terminal at MBRAH has redefined luxury travel, placing VIPs and private aviation clients at the forefront of airport services.

Our FBO partners handle more than 90% of private jets movements in Dubai. This is expected to grow to 100% in the near future, by offering private jet owners a variety of customizable options, from a dedicated fuel farm with a 20-minute response time to dedicated catering options, maintenance facilities, as well as six aircraft hangars. One narrow-body and two wide-body hangars are currently developed, and offer maintenance capabilities for private jets.

In 2024, private jet movements at Dubai South reached a record high of approximately 18,000 — the highest-ever in Dubai — and these movements are expected to continue growing.
