Integrated Ecosystem

Dubai South is a 145km 2 (56mi 2) integrated ecosystem comprising seven districts, each dedicated to a different industry, all working together to ensure mutual success. In addition to MBR Aerospace Hub and Al Maktoum International Airport, there are 6 other districts that offer unique benefits to investors, residents, workers, and visitors.

Logistics Districts

Dubai South’s Logistics District was formed as part of Dubai South’s key offerings to provide leading solutions to the global supply chain system. The 18km2 district facilitates movement of goods through the logistics corridor, allowing cargo to be moved from port to airport in just 20 minutes. The advanced infrastructure, which includes warehousing solutions and flexible storage systems, support a seamless flow of goods, products and services.

Expo 2020 District

The 4.38km2 (1.7mi2 ) Exhibition District is home to Expo 2020 and is dedicated to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.

Golf District

A high-end residential development built around world-class golf courses, offering a mix of villas and townhouses in partnership with the UAE’s leading developer – Emaar.

Emaar is currently occupying part of the golf district, so for interested investors there are still plenty of opportunities.

Residential District

Dubai south residential City is a large mixed-use development of 6.7km2 . The only community adjacent to Expo2020, this self-contained development will include renowned schools, hospitals, retail centres, lifestyle and leisure facilities all built around you and your family’s needs. The first residential community to be delivered by Dubai South within the Residential City is THE PULSE, with more than 1,200 homes. Other developments are to be announced soon.

Commercial District (Future)

This will be a mixed-use development subdivided into various zones including commercial, residential, and leisure offerings.
